Introducing, Alicia Michelle, 'the Speakeasy Siren'! This sultry vocalist is a Texas born, award winning, lifelong singer and dancer who's performed in clubs and burlesque speakeasies all over the south and western United States for over a decade. After several years on the road, she has recently made Crossville, Tennessee her home with her husband and two yorkies.

She feels she was born to sing and started right out of the womb! Although she is classically trained and has won awards for her skill in singing and dance, she really feels that her best teachers were the singers that came before her and they helped her to mold her vocal style into what it is today. She taught herself how to sing soulfully in her bedroom every day as a young girl. Intensely listening to and emulating her idols in pop music at the time - Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton, and the like, and as she got older, she found even more vocal influences to learn from such as Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Julie London, Patsy Cline, and Doris Day, to more modern divas like Alicia Keys, Norah Jones, Bonnie Raitt, Susan Tedeschi, and Melissa Etheridge.  While her musical tastes are varied, at the heart of it are the blues, jazz, R&B, and anything that's got soul.

She has always had a love for all things mid-century vintage and the glamour of old Hollywood. The timeless songs that we all know and love are her favorite songs to sing. Her passion is breathing new life into these tunes and sharing them with fans as if you were taken back in time - transported to a smokey speakeasy with all the nostalgia of the roaring 20s and beyond.

Alicia loves telling a story with song and warming your heart with her impassioned re-imagining of these old favorites by way of her expressive, soul-stirring vocals. Whether the song is soft and sweet or belty and powerful, she delivers it with affection. You are guaranteed to be affected by her performance.
